Need a photographer at your rodeo or event
Looking for a photographer to come and take photos at your rodeo or youth club event?
Club & Youth Rodeo Pricing - per contestant signed up to compete. (10 contestant minimum)
Single Day Event - $15.00/per contestant.
Two Day Event - $30.00/per contestant.
Included in this price is access to all digital high resolution photos taken at the event. This includes all the contestant events of the day, and as time allows this will also include background and action shots around the event premises. Family, friends, and support staff are often included in these unique "behind the scene" type shots. While I can't be everywhere at all times as a single photographer, (i.e. two events ran simultaneously) I pride myself on getting a variety of shots. I encourage you to look through my gallery for examples of the high quality photos that can be expected.
Once the event is complete there will be an online gallery available for downloading of the digital high resolution photographs. Event organizer specifies at booking if gallery is to be set to free public access or password only access that the event organizers give to their contestants.
Sponsor logos can be added as a watermark. Limit one sponsor per booking.
Logo will need to be provided at least 4 days prior to event to insure time to properly convert to a watermark.

Pricing can be negotiated if your Association is a repeat event I frequent.
Flash and strobe lighting will be used as needed at the event to get the highest quality photos possible. If there are any contestants not wanting to have this please have them let the photographer know before the run. It can be turned off and on as needed.
Any photo posted to the gallery can be removed if requested.
FAQs
How long will the gallery be available?
I will keep it up for 3 months after the season ends or for longer if i can if possible.
Who pays the photographer and when?
I ask that the Association keep track of the number of contestants for each day and payment will be due before gallery will be posted.
It will be up to the Association to find the best way to pay for the photographer. Examples are dividing the cost from every event, lowering the payout to cover the cost, adding it as a day fee, or finding a sponsor.
What happens if there is a mid-event cancellation, or rain happening where the photographers equipment my get damaged by bad weather?
I will try to make every effort to work out a fair compensation for work completed and time involved. I will hold the right to make the final designation on fair compensation.
Why should the club decide to have a dedicated photographer?
As your dedicated photographer with top camera gear and lens I can get your contestants high quality images. And knowing they will have all their images available with no extra charges should be a drawing point.
As a photographer I feel a photograph can be just as important as a buckle or prize money.
How are photos available?
Images will be available for download at no additional charge through the online gallery. Prints of any gallery images will be available for posted prices.
